This month....
I like: hmmm... I can't think of anything that I like in this month yet.
I don't like: the weight that I've gained after CNY! Yes, it's been a couple of months and I can't seem to get rid of them anymore... *sad face*
I want you to know: that I'm back from my vacation! Actually I've been back since last week :D. I really enjoy my trip and I'll post about it soon!
I've planned: to eat lesser now! or I'll just glue my mouth to stop me from pigging out, sigh..
I want to say to someone special: Happy birthday May <3!

I can't stop eating too haha, such a fat kid at heart, always thinking about what to eat next :(
I have been telling myself I need to get in shape for spring and that was from right after X-mas. Of course CNY didn't help.

I didn't have to drop the club. I froze and told the officer I was a neighbor. He quickly realized the problem was on the front porch of the house, not in the middle of the street where I was.
If he had pulled his gun, it would have been the 6th time someone pointed a gun at me--but the first time it would have been a policeman.

Portion Control!!! I have a hard time stopping myself from eating too much. I’ve learned to drink one glass of water before eating (helps with how much food you intake) and slowly eat my food, which can be hard especially if you are starving (this also helps with how much food you intake, because you are eating so fast your brain is having a hard time or slowly catching up with registering how much you ate, and before you know it, your stuffed like a turkey on thanksgiving dinner and ready to take a nap LOL)
Anyway, I’m glad to hear your back! Can’t wait to see the vacation pics 8)
Dina, I can always tell when I gain weight.. because I first see it in my cheeks!! But I consider gaining a little weight a good thing.. if it's from eating tons of good food :D hehe if you are worried then yes.. eat your yummies but in smaller portions!
