A Piece of Me... in November 2010

A game hosted by Shirley of *We Love Toothfairy*

This month....
I like: being me. I don't need to pretend anything, nuff said.

I don't like: canceled trip. I was very excited about the trip. Just hope the next one won't be canceled.

I want you to know: I love my blogger/twitter ladies (edit: and gentleman ;) )! Even though I've never met any of you, but you guys have made my everyday become better :)

I've planned: to ignore any negativity! That's the last thing I need.

I want to say to someone special: get well soon!

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Shaffer
Yes, no NOTD this month cause my pinky nail broke, sigh. Well, I said on  my last month's 'A Piece of Me' that I've been reading books and I've finished 4 books, on my fifth now :D. This book is one of the books that I read. My brother recommended the book to me and I'm glad I did read it, it's one of the best book I've ever read! I fell in love with the characters of the book and I really want to visit Guernsey one day. The book is about the wartime occupation of the Channel Islands. I don't really know how to elaborate about the book but I'll recommend this book to anyone I know! :)

Till next time!

I love this book too! It's pretty popular in france so I decided to give a go, and didn't regret it. It's sad at times but when I finished it, I was just feeling really happy. It's so sad that the original writer is dead though :(

You just being you is more than enough, it's great. The title of the book doesn't seem to match the subject matter--but I would probably understand if I read it. =)

"Ladies"? :(

LOL, I understand!

Screw negativity, it has no place for anyone! Thanks for the book recommendation! Instead of Nail of The Day it's Novel of the Day! =)

It's always good to stay away from negativity, it only affects a person, it's like a virus. Stay away, be strong :)

Where is Guernsey ? Sounds like somewhere in Europe ! Do you use goodreads ? ;-) I can't wait to finish exams so I can start reading again !
