What's in My Bag & Makeup Bag

I was tagged by Saline of LittleMookaa and Pinky of Sunnipinky to show what's in my bag since like 5 months ago! OMG, I'm really terrible to finally do it this late, I'm so sorry ladies! I don't have any reason for this except my laziness, sigh... Anyhow, here's what's in my bag if you're interested:

I love this bag from Topshop, it's very roomy!

First row: Vintage wallet & makeup pouch.
Second row: iPod, mobile phone, Clorets mints (my fave!), notebook.
Sometimes I carry a book that I'm reading at the moment in my bag too :D

1. I eat a lot, I mean really a lot! and it's always hard to resist when I see delicious food before me. That's why I haven't been able to lose any weight in a long time...

4. My two sisters and I do not just share the same last name but we also share the same first name, yeah, they're also named Dina. We only have different middle names and all of our friends call us by the first name, so you can figure out that when someone calls Dina, all three of us will turn around, hehe. At home, we're addressed by our Chinese name.

5. My very first job is being a tutor and I enjoyed doing it :)

I was tagged by Anastasia for this 40 Beauty Questions sometimes ago, here are the questions:

SKINCARE

How many times do you wash your face dialy? Twice a day.

What skin type do you have?(dry, oily, combo) Oily. Very oily to be specific.

What is your current facial wash? Kevin BeautyMaker Anti-Shine Deep Cleansing Foam.

Do you exfoliate? Yap, once or twice a week.

What brand do you use? Skinfood Rice Wash-off Mask and Aspirin mask.

What moisturizer do you use? Clinique anti-blemish solution moisturizer

Do you have freckles? No

Do you use eye cream? Not yet, i'm still in searching for a good eye cream.

Do you or did you have acne prone skin? I do! That's really frustrating.

Did you ever have use Pro-activ? No...

MAKE-UP

What foundation do you use? I only BB Cream, and currently using Skinfood Aloe BB Cream.

How about concealer? I'm loving Beautymaker BB Mineral Concealing Cream right now.

Do you know your undertone color? Not really, but i think it's warm.

What do you think of fake eyelashes? I don't know how to use it yet, but will be practicing.

Do you know that you are suppose to change your mascara every 3 months? Yeah, I know. But it's just too wasted if i throw it when it's still half full.

What brand of mascara do you use? Covergirl Lash Blast Waterproof.

Sephora or MAC? None, we don't have Sephora at here and MAC is too overpriced here.

Do you have a MAC pro-card? No..

What make-up tools do you use in make-up applicaion? I always use the tools that come with the make-up.

Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes? Sometimes, but mostly not.

For the face? No, just moisturizer underneath.

What is your favourite eye shadow (color or shade)? Neutral shade, still in my comfort zone.

Do you use pencil or liquid liner? Pencil, don't know how to use liquid liner yet :D.

How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil? I think i haven't poked my eyes with eyeliner pencil yet cause i rarely use it for waterlines.

What do you think of pigment eyeshadows? They are great! I've just tried them sometimes ago, and amazed by how pigmented they are.

Do you use mineral makeup? No, I'm okay with normal makeup.

What is your favourite lipstick? MAC Viva Glam V, it's very wearable.

What about lipgloss? Stila lipglaze in Starfruit. It's my current favorite.

What is your favourite blush to use? I always rotate my blush and love them all equally but if i have to pick one, of course my JS mix blush compact ;).

Do you buy your make-up on e-bay? No, I've never bought my makeup from other country.

Do you like drugstore makeup? Yes, they are wallet-friendly :D

Do you go to CCO's? (Cosmetic Company Outlet) No, we don't have it here.

Did you ever consider taking make-up classes? Yes, and i still do :D

Are you clumsy in putting on make-up? Yup, I always have to use q-tip to fix it.

Name a make-up crime that you hate? Makeup that break out on me! I really hate it.

Do you like colorful shades of make-up (lipstick, eyeshadow) or neutral colors? Neutral for now, but sure will try more colorful shades in future.

Which celebrity always has great make-up? I don't really notice celeb's makeup. hehe..

If you could leave the house using just ONE make-up item, what would you use? Concealer! It's my essential, have a lot of flaws to cover.

Could you ever leave your house without any make-up on? Yes, if it's just nearby or at night.

Do you think you look good even without any make-up on? I look spirit-less without makeup, so i don't think so.

In your opinion, what is the best make-up line? I agree with Anastasia! A makeup line that doesn't test their products to animal is the best :)

What do you think of make-up? It's a passion that ties a lot of beauty bloggers from around the world :D.

I'm not sure how old was I in this picture, maybe 2 or 3 yrs old. The hand on the doll next to me was my sister's, I cropped her out :D. I guess I was listening to the radio at that time. See how I posed? When I was looking at my childhood pictures, I saw that I posed like this a lot, the way I put my legs. Even when I was lying on the bed, my legs were like that too. That's definitely weird for a girl. And I guess it has became a habit of mine, cause I still do it now. Well, of course not when I'm outside. But I always find myself doing it when I'm at home :D

I didn't read the book, I watch the movie version. I'm really impressed that a girl would do anything for her sister, in this case, went to court to sue her parents. And although that she was brought into the world to be a genetic match for her older sister, she still love her sister unconditionally. It's really touching to see what she did for her sister that it makes me wonder if there's a person who will actually do this too.

Being a food lover that I am, I took a lot of food pictures. So I'm not surprised that I got a food picture for this tag :D. I forgot what the name of this food that we had, but it was a fried chicken with lemon grass or something like that. The story behind this picture: it was my friend's birthday and she treated us at a Chinese restaurant. So we ordered three dishes, and waited. Two of the dishes were served and we'd almost finished all of our foods but still waiting for the last one which is the one in the picture. We kept asking the waiters about it, and they kept saying it was almost done. We almost wanted to cancel it but since the waiters seemed nice, we decided to wait for it. And totally, we waited for 45 minutes for this particular dish. That is why we all took this picture even though we didn't take any of the previous dishes. Luckily it was tasty or else we would be very furious about it. But I'm sure I won't order this again the next time.

A Piece of Me... in January 2010

I decided to jump on the bandwagon and join this game that was started by Shirley of Notes from the Toothfairy. Go check out her awesome blog if you haven't done so!

This month....
I like: that my days of being a student is almost over now :D

I don't like: that the deadline of my thesis is the end of this month! OMG, i'm not even halfway done. I think I'll just have to pray that I will finish it on my time (Please God!).

I want you to know: as you can see from above, this month I'll be very busy. Probably I won't be online most of the time and not active on blogger for quite some times. So, please excuse me for that :)

I've planned: to not procrastinating anymore or else I won't be graduating on time.

I want to say to someone special: Bro, please stop stalking my blog and talking about it to somebody else. I'll feel embarrassed if someone i know in real life read my blog. So, please?

10 Beauty Facts

I got 10 Beauty Facts tag by Kasia

1. I just started using makeup when i'm in college. Yeah i know, it's so late :D
2. One of the first cosmetic brand that i used is Maybelline. I used their foundation, lipstick, mascara etc.
3. I can't go out without concealer and sunscreen. i feel naked without them.
4. When I was a teenager, my mother told us (me and my sisters) to use Hazeline. and i think that is why my skin had became so oily and acne prone. How i wish i could turn back the time.
5. I wear natural colors most of the time. i think it's time for me to try other colors.
6. I've never tried any liquid foundation. I started with compact powder and now get hooked on BB Cream.
7. Lip balm is a must for me cause my lips are always get chapped.
8. As I love green tea so much, i can't resist any product that has tea in it. LOL, i know it's weird.
9. I have a thing with eyeliners, i just can't get enough of them.
10. Probably most of you know that I swear by Aspirin mask. i'm keeping a twice a week routine for it.

That's really hard to list 10 'beauty' facts. I spent almost 1 hour for just thinking about it! Anyway, thank to Kasia for tagging me :)
