This is a quick post for an update on my Aspirin Mask. As Kasia, Dee and Manju suggested, i tried to mix the Aspirin with plain yogurt. you can read more alternative which Dee have posted here. At my first attempt of doing it, i added to much yogurt. i almost wanted to eat it for not wasting it. LOL, of course i didn't :D. i said i didn't like the smell of the Aspirin at all, but by adding yogurt, it totally changes my mind. i like yogurt so much and i like the smell so much too. Here's how it looks like after mixing the Aspirin with yogurt, it's my second attempt. i used 3 tablets of Aspirin and it's more than enough for the whole face.
it didn't flake off at all, and stay perfectly still on my face. it dried up pretty quick too, for just a few minutes i think. and after rinsing, my face feels so much softer. i can say i'm addicted to it now. Thanks to Kasia, Dee and Manju for the tips! :)
Tomorrow is already Christmas Eve. I can't believe how time flies so quickly... anyways, Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to everyone! :)
I never tried this mask before infact I only tried plain yogurt with brown sugar and it worked so well for me^^...

ReplyDeletei'm glad it works for you ^_^ just remember, don't use it toooo often hun,
ReplyDeleteit's not advisable to use the aspirin mask more than twice a week actually.aspirin's got salicytic acid, and it works kind of like a 'peel'. it's important not to overuse the mask, it can dry out and irritate your skin
I'm so glad you liked it and that it worked for you and your skin :)
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas Dina!!!! <3
I haven't tried everything yet cuz' my skin is currently so dry before of the cold & it's flaking bigtime....but I tried the caring lipgloss & like it so much....thanks for sending it to me...

ReplyDeletexx
I really like the aspirin mask, it helped clear my skin and soften the look those acne scars.
ReplyDeleteI use clean and clear’s facial wash to help the aspirin not flake of.
I heard you can even use honey too, which great for your skin!
